TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Check that assemblies comply with workshop drawings, plans, and specifications.
Inspect the dimensions, alignment, and positioning of parts before the next manufacturing steps.
Identify and report any non-conformities.
Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and productivity standards.
Coordinate the team's work and support employees in carrying out their tasks.
Prioritize production tasks and keep track of ongoing work.
Participate in training and onboarding of new employees.
Collaborate with different departments to solve manufacturing issues.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
EDUCATION, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE
DEP in welding-assembly, metal fabrication, or equivalent experience.
Relevant experience in steel structure assembly.
Excellent ability to read plans and shop drawings.
Good knowledge of measuring instruments and manufacturing tolerances.
Experience in team supervision or coordination (big plus).
Leadership, independence, and a sense of responsibility.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
